baccalaureate or graduate education.

Coordinates
fundraising for AAUW's Educational Foundation. The EF funds studies
concerning women and education.
Hospitality
Welcomes
members and guests to programs and special events.
Legal
Advocacy Fund
Coordinates
fundraising for AAUW's Legal Advocacy Fund. The LAF provides financial
and emotional support for women in academia seeking redress in the
judicial system for sex discrimination.
Membership
Outreach
Seeks
and provides information to prospective and new members. Acts as a liaison for
all members to AAUW at local, state, and national levels.

Gifts Award
Selects
honorees for the Named Gifts Award.
Phone
Tree
Coordinates
a phone tree that calls members monthly to remind them of our programs and
activities. One of the vital links to our membership.
Program
Development
Selects
topics and makes arrangements for speakers, locations, and dates for general
meetings and public forums on issues related to our mission.
Public
Policy
Reviews,
informs, and advocates for AAUW's position on critical social and legislative
issues consistent with our mission.
Youth
Liaison
Coordinates
any youth-related activities the branch sponsors, such as Tech Trek.
